Beginnings
Hagrid was born here on the property to Severine out of Stone. He started with our boys and livestock here before going to a co-ownership home about an hour away from the farm as a young pup.
Now
Hagrid lives with the sweetest family you could ever meet. They have active kiddos, and Hagrid works as their livestock and property guardian with chicken, duck and goat companions in the Bitterroot Valley of Montana.
Temperament/Personality
Hagrid has a strong sense of what should and shouldn’t be. He takes his job seriously, both the snuggling his humans and the watching/addressing the local foxes and more.
Color/Size
Hagrid is a rough coated fawn with dutch markings.
He stands 29″ at the withers and weighs 127 lb. at 4 years old
Favorite Things/What He Brings to the Program
Our favorite thing about Hagrid is his fierce conviction and sense of duty. He carries forward his dam’s rough coat that some people prefer.
Hercules’ First Litter
Hercules and Daisy are expecting a litter of puppies in January 2026. Limited space available, so reach out if you’re interested!
Herc is #12 Breed and #13 All-Breed 2025 in 2 Shows
Attending two dog show clusters in 2025 earned Hercules top-15 placement in Anatolian Shepherd Dogs for breed and all-breed! He earned his Bred-by-Exhibitor Championship title.
